Join us at Southwark Playhouse Theatre for a comedy improvisation workshop followed by a showing of award-winning play, Son of a B*tch Strangers in the City invites you to learn the secrets to creating comedy from any situation with award-winning comedian and playwright Anna Morris! In a fun, friendly and inclusive workshop at Southwark Playhouse Borough, Anna will teach you some of the ways she creates memorable comedy characters (including some from her play Son of a B*tch), encouraging you to create your own and make friends along the way. There is no pressure to perform and no experience necessary! From flipping stereotypes, to finding the funny in commuter rage - Anna will welcome you to the joyful world of improv and comedy - leaving you with the skills to tell a funny story, make a funny video or just make a great new friend. This ticket includes admission to the matinee of Anna's award-winning one woman play "Son of a B*tch", which will take place after the workshop. The play starts at 3pm and runs for 1 hour. Refreshments and nibbles are included.
