Each month The Pretend Company bring together three of the funniest, most theatrical improvised shows in the UK for a night of unscripted theatre.
With no scripts, and no pre-planning, the actors will create scenes and shows based on what you – the audience – want to see!

What are the stories that our belongings tell about us?
What We Leave Behind is an unscripted theatre experience about a life told through its objects. Each night, the audience inspires the cast to create a completely new story pieced together from the things left behind after someone is gone. Set in an antique store of memories, performers build scenes, spaces and moments in real time, transforming everyday objects into a lifetime of love, loss and laughter. With live sound recording and playback woven through the show, moments echo, overlap and evolve, creating a rich, multi-layered theatrical world. Heartfelt, funny and immediate, this is storytelling at its most human.
