Acting for improv is a little different from many other styles of acting. Some acting skills are super helpful for improv and others kinda get in the way!! Blanche has developed a course to help improvisers improve their acting skills so that they can play believable improv scenes and super fun characters! During the course, all the skills will be related back to improv and how you can apply them in an improv context.
Participants in this course will be expected to read scripts, learn lines and rehearse with a scene partner outside of class time.
This course is for people who want to develop acting skills appropriate for improvised theatre. There is no prior learning required to participate in this course.
